End User License Agreement

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your own personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits;
• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App outside normal use;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the App;
• create multiple accounts to obtain additional welcome credits, evade billing, or otherwise circumvent usage limits (“credit farming”) or abuse the Service in any other way;
• sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your access to the App to any third party;
• use the App in a way that violates the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service.

3. Ownership

The App, and all intellectual property rights in it, belong to us and our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you generate through the App, as described in our Terms of Service. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, process, and deliver that content back to you, and, if you choose, to publish it to a connected YouTube channel.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party AI model providers, voice-synthesis providers, and other services to function. Your use of features backed by those providers may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or content decisions.

6. Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix issues, or maintain compatibility. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you stop using the App, or if we suspend or terminate your account under our Terms of Service. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this Agreement is subject to the same limitations described in our Terms of Service.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
