Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiVids Pro (aivids.pro), the AI-assisted faceless-video generation and publishing service (the “Service”), operated by The Unlabeled Company (DBA AiVids Pro), 109 Yorkshire Dr, PMB 1044, Princeton, TX (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You create an account using email authentication. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
The Service lets you generate scripts, voiceovers, images, and video using third-party AI model providers, assemble them into finished videos, and optionally publish them to a YouTube channel you connect via OAuth. Some features let you supply your own API keys from third-party providers (“bring your own key”, or BYOK).
4. Credits and billing
- Credits are prepaid usage credits that let you generate content on the Service. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
- New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant of credits.
- Credits are consumed on successful delivery of a generation (“charge-on-delivery”). If a render fails to deliver, the credits held for it are automatically released back to your balance — you are not charged.
- If a render is delivered but its output is materially broken (for example, blank visuals or missing audio), you may request a credit reimbursement within 14 days through in-app support, subject to review and per-account limits.
- You may purchase additional credits (“top-ups”) or subscribe to a recurring plan that grants credits periodically. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
5. Refunds
- Subscriptions — you may request a refund of your subscription charge within 3 days of cancellation, unless the credits granted for that billing period have already been spent, in which case that period is not refundable.
- Credit top-ups — generally non-refundable once spent. We will reimburse credits for generations that are verifiably failed or broken, as described in Section 4.
- To request a refund, email support@aivids.pro.
6. Bring your own API keys
If you connect your own third-party provider API keys, generations made using those keys are billed directly to your account with that provider, at that provider’s prices and under that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for charges, outages, or content-policy decisions made by third-party providers.
7. YouTube integration
If you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize the Service to upload, title, describe, schedule, and read basic analytics for videos on that channel via the YouTube API Services, on your behalf. Your use of this feature is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your account settings, or revoke access directly from Google’s security settings.
8. Generated content
- Ownership— as between you and us, you own the videos, images, audio, and scripts you generate through the Service, subject to the underlying AI model providers’ own output terms and any rights of third parties reflected in your prompts.
- AI disclosure— content produced by the Service is AI-generated. We don’t guarantee its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. Review generated content before publishing it.
- Your responsibility— you are solely responsible for how you use and publish content you generate, including complying with platform policies (such as YouTube’s) and applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- impersonate any person or organization, or create content that misleads viewers into believing synthetic media is real;
- generate or publish illegal content, or content that infringes another’s intellectual property or rights of publicity;
- abuse the Service, including creating multiple accounts to farm welcome credits, circumvent billing, or evade a suspension;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service’s normal operation;
- violate the terms of any connected third-party service, including YouTube.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what’s needed to use the Service as intended.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
