Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
AiVids Pro (“aivids.pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI-assisted video generation and publishing service (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information— the email address you sign up with. Authentication is handled by our sign-in provider; we don’t see or store your password.
- Channel and workspace data — channel names, settings, generation presets, and prompts you provide.
- Generated assets — scripts, audio, images, and video files produced through the Service, and the metadata describing them (status, cost, timestamps).
- Credit ledger — your credit balance and a record of credit grants, purchases, and consumption tied to each generation.
- YouTube account data(only if you connect a channel) — OAuth access and refresh tokens, your connected channel’s identity (channel ID, name, thumbnail), and the videos, titles, descriptions, and basic analytics (such as views, likes, and comment counts) of uploads made through the Service.
- Payment data — our payment processor handles your card details directly; we receive and store only the resulting subscription or purchase status, invoice references, and amounts. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages or actions used, collected for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- provide and operate the Service, including generating, storing, and delivering your videos;
- process payments and maintain your credit balance;
- publish and monitor uploads to YouTube channels you choose to connect;
- secure the Service and prevent abuse, including fraud and multi-account credit farming;
- communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to the Service;
- maintain and improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
3. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, we access and store OAuth tokens that let the Service upload videos on your behalf, and we read basic channel identity and analytics data for the channel you connect. By connecting a channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s use of information received through the YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings. Revoking access stops future uploads but does not delete videos already published to your channel.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the Service:
- Payment processor — to process purchases and subscriptions.
- Cloud database and storage host — to store your account data and generated assets.
- Third-party AI model providers and voice-synthesis providers — your prompts, scripts, and generation requests are sent to these providers to produce scripts, voiceovers, images, and video. These providers process this data under their own terms and privacy policies to return the generated output to us.
- Google / YouTube — for uploading and monitoring the channel you connect, as described in Section 3.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal, functional cookie to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain account data, credit ledgers, and generated assets for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA — you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, or object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@aivids.pro. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children below these ages. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, by us and by the processors listed in Section 4. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives appropriate protection wherever it is processed.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and we’ll communicate material changes through the Service or by email.
